Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order. After this period, the order may already be processed and cannot be cancelled.
Returns
Returns are accepted if:

The product arrives damaged

The wrong item is delivered

The item is unused and in original packaging
Return requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.
Refunds
Once the returned item is inspected, we will notify you about the approval of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.
Non-Returnable Items
Items may not be eligible for return if:

They have been used

Packaging is missing

The damage was caused by the customer
